Build
We are here from the beginning of the the process to the end. From drum sales and repair, learning to drum and dance, taking your first trip to Africa, or life long learning in the arts and African Diaspora Studies. We provide it all.
Our mission is to give the wider community access to learning that can’t be found in the mainstream of society. We offer music and dance training from the African Diaspora. We teach about history, the flowing nature of culture, and how African peoples have impacted and influenced their environments, the people around them, and their societies; changing them for their own social, emotional, spiritual, and financial benefit.
We give people access to studying with master drummers, dancers, and cultural workers/scholars who are highly respected in their traditional communities. We have instructors who will become mentors to some and are truly compassionate people who will foster their students true potential.
We offer training at every level and we pride ourselves on being open to people from all walks of life with all of their diversity.
family is our foundation.
In order to impact ones community we start with our own family first.
